Refund policy

We have a 2 week return policy. If you receive your item and it is faulty, an incorrect size or unsuitable for wear, please post to the address below. It is essential that you include the following information inside your returns parcel or you will not be able to receive a return or exchange 

• Full name
• Order number 
• Return or Exchange?
• Reason 
• Return address (if exchanging)

You can email balearicboutique.myshopify.com for assistance or queries with any returns. Please include your name, order number with photos if applicable.

You will be granted a full refund (not including shipping and handling fees) for returns if fitting to our policy. Please ensure tags (for clothing) and boxes (for jewellery) are still intact when returning your items. 

We will not accept returned items which appear to be worn or used, or missing tags, and no refund will be made. 

You are responsible for return postage costs.
